Ok, i know i tend to bitch a lot, but i've tried to cut back and i think i've managed to go a long time without doing so but now i have to utter a huge "what the fuck?" I had an account on this website years ago. My original username was the name i use on my art, jaalyn. I was banned from this account about five years ago for putting up pictures of a scarification done on my back of wings. This is a scarification i'm very proud of and feel is beautiful. I designed it myself and it was done by a friend of mine. So i got banned from my account for posting pictures of my wings, with the reason that i was depicting self-mutilation, the exact opposite intent of what the wings and photos of the wings were meant to be. Let me reiterate: i got banned for posting these photos of a scarification.

Now i look at today's Daily Deviations and see a (in my not so humble opinion) crappy photo of a poorly-done scarification on someone's back. So what i want to know is how is it that someone is glorified by the site staff today for a second-rate version of something i was banned for several years ago? Am i the only one who thinks this is really messed up?
